Your two-story family room measures 20' x 16' and features a the wall of windows with views of the "garden" area you just saw in the backyard.  The hardwood flooring you see here has continued all the way from the front entry.  An area of inset tile defines the high-traffic area of the family room sitting area.  We'll explore the full interior in a moment, but let's first finish up in the backyard. This is the view of the water feature from your extended patio.  The visual is stunning and is even further enhance by the relaxing sound of the waterfall.  You'll spend a lot of time out here... ...and this is that same view from your extended patio in the evening.  Elaborate landscape lighting further enhances the tranquility of the setting. You're set well back from the fairway and on the "hook" side rather than the "slice" side which, as golfers know, is also side least likely to receive errant shots.
